DESCRIPTION:10th World Conference on Qualitative Research (WCQR2026)\n\n\n\nThe 10th World Conference on Qualitative Research (WCQR2026) will be held from 20 to 22 January 2026 at Complutense University of Madrid\, Spain\, and from 02 to 05 February 2026 Online. \n\n\n\nWCQR brings together a global network of leading researchers\, practitioners\, and scholars from 40+ countries\, establishing itself as a premier platform for the exchange\, discussion\, and advancement of qualitative research. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease read the following information carefully before proceeding with your registration. \n\n\n\nImportant\n\n\n\n\nAt least one author per accepted abstract must register to ensure its presentation at WCQR2026.\n\n\n\nAll authors who wish to participate in presenting their abstract must register for the conference under the “Author” category (whether presenting in person or online).\n\n\n\nThe “Extra Abstract” option applies only when an author presents a second abstract.\n\n\n\nRegister under the appropriate category based on your participation mode:\n\nIn-person attendees: Choose the In-person option(s).\n\n\n\nOnline attendees: Choose the Online option(s).\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration Categories\n\n\n\nAuthors & Panel Discussion Facilitators\n\n\n\n\nAuthor (presenting in person or online) – For authors of accepted abstracts.\n\n\n\nPanel Discussion Facilitator (presenting in person or online) – For facilitators of accepted panel discussions.\n\n\n\nMaster’s / Doctoral Student (presenting online) – For Master’s or Doctoral students presenting abstracts online. Students must provide proof of enrollment from their institution.\n\n\n\nA registered author may present up to two abstracts. The second abstract must be added to their registration as an “Extra Abstract”.\n\n\n\nPanel Discussion Facilitators may submit one abstract included in their registration. For a second abstract\, they must pay for the “Extra Abstract”.\n\n\n\n\nParticipants (Non-Presenting Attendees)\n\n\n\n\nParticipant (in person) – For attendees without submissions who wish to join sessions in person (with access to the online program).\n\n\n\nParticipant (online) – For attendees without submissions who wish to access online sessions.\n\n\n\n\nTraining Day\n\n\n\nThe WCQR2026 Training Day will take place online\, on 2 February 2026 (Central European Time\, UTC+01:00). Attendance at the Training Day is not included in the WCQR2026 conference registration and requires separate enrollment. The registration fee includes participation in one short course in the morning session and one short course in the afternoon session.
